Take 2 tablets 3 times per day, 30 to 60 minutes before meals. Space each serving at least 3 to 4 hours apart. Do not exceed more than 6 tablets per day.

Do not take if pregnant or nursing. Not for use by or sale to persons under age 18. Consult a health care professional prior to use if you have any medical condition or are taking any medication. The recommended serving of this product contains about as much caffeine as a cup of coffee. Limit the use of caffeine-containing medications, foods or beverages while taking this product because too much caffeine may cause nervousness, sleeplessness, and occasionally rapid heartbeat.
