Sales Tax
Sales tax is applied at the rate of 9.75% of merchandise value (before discounts) on orders shipping within State of California.

Order Processing
Please allow 3-5 business days for order to be processed. If an ordered
product is in back order or discontinued from our supplier, we will let
you know through email or telephone within five days of your order. Backordered
or discontinued part of your order will be cancelled automatically.
Order Cancellation
We facilitate our customers with the incentives that no other business can. We provide you a facility by which you can cancel your orders before order processing, through email us at support@herbscity.com and our customer support representative will do that for you.
Order Returns
Within 30 days of receiving your order, you may return any item for refund.
